Brandon has started showing an interest in everything to do with Kosmo, our pup. Brandon never paid much attention to Kosmo, besides getting upset with Kosmo every time he was whacked in the face with his tail or got a lick of his cheek. But over the last few weeks, Brandon has been chasing Kosmo down to pet him, sit beside him, get his food and water and show concern and love for Kosmo.
It really is quite cute to see Brandon chasing Kosmo through the kitchen crying because he can’t get Kosmo to sit for a pet. At this point Sean or I will sit down and show Brandon how to convince Kosmo that he wants to sit beside you because he is going to get pets. When Kosmo does sit long enough, Brandon is so proud to be petting Kosmo, he is grinning ear to ear. Just the other day, Owen was trying to entice Brandon to play, Owen finally went over Brandon and said “Brandon, what are you doing?”, Brandon replied with “Petting Kosmo.”
