We were in need of some new / updated photos of Owen and Brandon and since I know a very very good photographer…korsanstudios.com; I booked him for a session for Owen and Brandon. We broke the photo session into two days, realizing that with a 3 yr old and almost 2 yr old our time of cooperation would be limited. We tried to make things a little easier by choosing a location that the boys could have fun in — what better place than a playground. The days we picked were during our bought of hot and humid weather with lots and lots of mosquito’s. We chose an older playground built with wood beams to help keep the pictures remain classic. It helped that the playground we picked also had an older brick built school right there. We arrived bright and early, the temperature was not too hot just yet and if the boys stayed in the playground or concrete the mosquitoes seemed to leave us alone. Morning is when the boys are in their best mood and so they were happy and eager to climb, swing and play.
In working with children Sean (and I) have learned that you need to take a lot of pictures and through all those pictures you will find a few of those gems that capture your children’s true self, true personality.
